How do I download the free casino software?

Click on any 'Download' button that appears on every page. This will start the process explained on the download page you arrive at.

What do I do once the download is complete?

The File Download dialogue box will launch and guide you through the installation process. Follow the prompts by clicking “Next ” when requested and the casino software will install.

If you are using Firefox or a browser other than Microsoft Internet Explorer then the setup file would have been downloaded to the location that you selected. To install the Grand Mondial software, double-click on the setup file you downloaded. The install Wizard will guide you through the installation process. Follow the prompts by clicking “Next” when requested and the casino software will install.

Where did I download the file to?

The default location is to your desktop. If you saved the casino software to an alternative location and cannot find it, simply follow these instructions: Click on 'Start'/ 'Find'/ 'Find files or folders'. Type GrandMondial_0Game_W3.exe in the 'Name' field, and click on 'Find now'. Remember to search by using the 'Local hard drives' option. Once you have found the casino software, double-click to begin the installation.
